All City Bail Bond's statement

"Our objective is to have Colton Harris Moore in custody of the Island County Sheriffs Department to stand trial for his crimes. To do this, we hope to help foster a relationship between the Sheriff's department, and the united citizens of this community who are tired of being victimized. By orchestrating meetings, promoting the involvement of community leaders, businessmen and women, and the citizenry at large, we hope to provide a flow of actionable information to law enforcement officials that may have otherwise not traditionally been available to them. Ultimately it will be you, the people, who bring this fugitive to justice, one detail, tip, or phone call at a time. We will merely be the messengers.

You will see our flyers in the community. We hope these will inspire you and others to stay vigilant, and serve as a reminder that we continue to work on your behalf. The people who call this area their home know the surrounding wilderness, trails, and coastline better than we ever will, which is why your cooperation and detailed information is so vital to this cause.

We pledge to provide a forum in which Colton can discuss the most favorable terms in which to surrender. Pro Bono legal counsel is available, and a dialogue between the District Attorney, and/ or Sheriff can be initiated. Until an agreement is made, discussions would be covered by attorney/ client privilege. THIS IS the best case scenario for all involved, but it is a window that could quickly close. If new charges continue to mount, or worst of all, someone is injured or killed as these crimes continue or escalate, the outcome will be much more grim for Colton, and those who are directly aiding him. Contact can be made via third party, or by any other reasonable method of communication  to start the process. You have our number.    

We hope that he takes advantage of this outreach, and offer of assistance. If not, despite the frustration that may be directed towards them, Washington State is fortunate to have some of the finest law enforcement officers in the nation. These capable men and women coupled with a motivated citizenry supporting them will bring Colton Harris-Moore to justice. It will not be when he chooses, or under his terms. We can only hope that no one is hurt during the process, including Colton."
